Spruill Arts Camp Evaluation Form

The Spruill Center for the Arts thanks you for enrolling your child in our camp program. To ensure that we are providing the best camp experience possible, please fill out a quick course evaluation. Our staff looks forward to reading your thoughts and comments. We hope you will tell us what we’re doing right so that we can build on those successes.
