The Spruill Center's mission is based upon fostering, understanding and appreciation of visual arts. We offer an extensive and diverse program of classes for adults and children, professional art exhibitions, outreach programs for seniors, youth and audiences with special needs. Your support allows the Spruill Center to fulfill its mission in the community!
Class fees cover approximately 75% of the cost of operating the Spruill Center for the Arts. Government, corporate, and even individual support have fallen sharply in recent years. Fundraisers, grants, and the Annual Fund Campaign help to fill the gaps and allow us to continue to bring outstanding programming to the community, but we still need your help!
There are many ways to contribute financially, but your time can be just as valuable. Please take a moment to review the different ways you may give and to find what is right for you.

Your gift to The Spruill Center for the Arts can make a valuable impact on the thousands of students and patrons who participate in our programs each year.
We need to purchase and maintain equipment, purchase supplies, and cover overhead costs. Your contribution can help us to accomplish our mission of providing the best quality programming possible.
Donations can be restricted to a particular department, directed to our Annual Campaign, or submitted as a general donation to cover operating expenses. Every dollar makes a difference, so please consider a gift to The Spruill Center today!

Georgia Council for the Arts research shows that the arts contributes more than $350 million in economic impact to Georgi aannually. The Spruill Center pays out more than $500,000 annually to artist-instructors and exhibiting artist. Cultural tourists who travel from outside metro Atlanta to attend classes and exhibitions account for hundreds of room-nights in nearby hotels.
Please help us fulfill our mission and join the Spruill Center Family! Your membership is valuable and helps us to keep up our mission. Members receive discounts on classes, on purchases in our hallway exhibitions, in the gift shop and gallery, and invitations to special events.

The Spruill Center for the Arts is a private, non-profit visual arts center. Through contributions to the community, we make our little piece of the world that much brighter by nurturing a creative environment. With your help, we can accomplish even more.
We need a dedicated group of volunteers at all commitment levels to participate in a variety of areas. Volunteer opportunities include: administrative tasks, The Coffee Studio, exhibitions, Spruill Gallery, and special events. The possibilities don't end there! If you have skills or ideas to offer, we would love to hear from you.

Thanks to friends like you, the 2010 35th Anniversary Campaign raised more than $31,000 sustaining the Center's programming during difficult economic times. Many challenges face the Center again this year and we hope you will participate in the 2011 Annual Fund.
