After you’ve started to learn the basic techniques
of watercolor, how do you continue to develop your skills and create
stronger paintings? This course will focus on 3 critical building blocks
to better paintings: composition, value and color to help you go
from just putting paint on the paper and painting specific objects to
designing more dynamic finished paintings. Students should have a basic
knowledge of watercolor techniques ( eg have taken at least one course
in watercolor). Students will work from their own photo’s/choice of
subject matter.
Supply List:
Since this class is geared to students who have
already taken at least one watercolor course before- you can bring
whatever materials you have or prefer to the first class and then if you
need anything else you can fill in along the way. In addition to your
