Art Parties at the Spruill Center for children and adults to celebrate Birthday’s and other
special occasions.

What medium does your child or adult particularly enjoy?

Let us know and then an art activity can be created to fit that interest.

Birthday Party Details are as follows

 

Scheduling

• Allow at least 3 weeks to recruit instructor and schedule room.
• Sunday’s 2 - 4 pm are recommended. 
• Alternate time scheduling on Sunday’s may be available, depending on teacher and room availability.

• The first hour to an hour & a half will be utilized for the art activity.
• Art Activity Choices include:
  Drawing, painting, collage, fiber arts, printing, sculpture, clay, junk sculpture and more.  
  We try to tailor the art project to fit the interests of the Birthday youth or adult

• Final 30 – 40 minutes
• Parent or Care-giver serves the Birthday Cake or other refreshments
• Arrive 20 – 30 minutes before party starts to lay table coverings and place all paper goods, decorations, and party favors.  You may bring a boom box and CD’s
• The Cultural Center courtyard is also available (if the weather cooperates)
• Clean up: The instructor is responsible for cleaning up all art materials and scraps.                        
• The children are encouraged to help cut, of course.
• The parent or caregiver is responsible for disposing of all the party goodies, food, paper goods, gift wrappings and any decorations.  Your cooperation is paramount as scheduled classes will follow your party.---  the instructors expect a clean room.  

Fees $150.00 for up to 10 children

$15.00 for each additional child            .

A $150 deposit charged to your credit card is required to hold the date.

Additional children can be charged to your credit card after the party.

You will be provided with the instructor’s phone number or email address.  Please contact instructor prior to party date to provide final number of attendees.
